Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lifimix India Private Limited, we value your trust in our Ayurvedic and herbal products.
This policy ensures transparency and helps you understand how returns, refunds, replacements,
and cancellations are handled.
1. General Policy
All products undergo strict quality checks. Since we deal in consumable Ayurvedic & herbal products,
returns and replacements are accepted only under the specific conditions mentioned below to maintain
product safety and hygiene.
2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
a) Damaged or Leaked Product
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Unboxing video and images are mandatory as proof.
b) Incorrect Product Delivered
- Product should be sealed and unused.
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
c) Missing Item in the Package
- Provide package images and unboxing video.
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance sales
- Requests made after 2 days of delivery
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following situations:
a) Order Cancelled Before Dispatch
Full refund processed within 5β7 working days to the original payment method.
b) Replacement Stock Not Available
Full refund will be issued after verification.
c) Damaged/Wrong Product Delivered
After verifying proof (video/images), refund or replacement will be processed
based on customer preference.
Refund Method
- Online Payment Orders: Refund to original source
- COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled via WhatsApp or email.
- Full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- You may choose βReject at deliveryβ β shipping fees may be deducted.
5. Return Process
- Contact us at hello@lifimix.in or WhatsApp 8285913467.
- Share order ID, images, and unboxing video.
- Verification within 24β48 hours.
- If approved, pickup will be scheduled.
- Refund/replacement will be processed as per eligibility.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), Lifimix bears the return shipping cost.
- For any other reason, customer bears the shipping charges.
7. Important Notes
- Consumable herbal products cannot be returned once opened.
- Natural product color/texture variations are normal and not considered defects.
- This policy may be updated periodically based on guidelines and customer experience.
