At Lifimix India Private Limited, we aim to deliver your Ayurvedic and herbal products quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.

1. Order Processing Time

● Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
● Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
● You will receive a confirmation message/email after placing your order.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas / NE States / J&K: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or government restrictions.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistic partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ekart / Xpressbees
  • India Post (for remote locations)

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 (customizable).
● Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free-shipping limit.
● COD orders may include additional fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your shipment status in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery requests may involve extra charges.

7. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Deliveries

We ensure strict packaging standards. If you receive a damaged, leaked, or tampered package, please report within 24–48 hours with an unboxing video and photos at:

8. Delivery Area Coverage

We ship PAN India, including major cities, towns, and rural areas via India Post or partner couriers.
International shipping is not available currently.

9. Delays in Delivery

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, remote locations, or government restrictions.

10. Change of Delivery Address

Address changes are allowed before dispatch only. After dispatch, modifications depend on courier policies.

11. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

If the order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.
